Exchange Policy

At HARDRADA, every piece is crafted with precision and care.

We currently do not accept returns or refunds; however, we do offer an exchange for eligible

items.

Exchange Eligibility

• You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

• All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.

• Exchanges are accepted only for size issues or defective/damaged items.

Non-exchangeable Items

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tag removal.

Process

1. Email us at support@hardrada.in with your order ID, reason, and clear

photos of the item.

2. Our team will verify eligibility and guide you through the replacement

steps.

3. Once approved, the exchange item will be shipped after the original is

received and inspected.

Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with

images. We’ll send an exchange at no extra cost.
